Return/Exchange Policy

At OVERTHINKER, we do not offer returns — only exchanges.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase

To initiate an exchange, email us at shopwithoverthinker@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Do not ship your item without prior approval. Unapproved packages will not be accepted.

Shipping: Courier/shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility. (Exceptions may apply in rare cases.)

Exchange is only applicable under the following conditions:

• Size-related exchange (e.g., needing a different size of the same product)
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Sale items
• Custom-sized products
• Gift cards
