To qualify for a refund:

• Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm if a refund is approved. If so, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Heads up: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

• You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
